The staff expertly arranged the postage of my lost phone while maintaining a caring attitude throughout my stay. The room was consistently clean, and its proximity to the Tozai line made exploring Tokyo easy.

The trouser press was handy, but the room lacked a safe.

missingWrote a review on Oct 07convenient locationfriendly service
It was just a strong match for a walk in evening in Tokyo with attractive and competitive value for money. The limited dining options nearby didn’t bother me since I found a great Family Mart across the street for snacks. Remember to have your passport ready when checking in, especially if you’re traveling with kids.

Exceptional customer service made our stay memorable. A staff member helped us carry our luggage and provided detailed instructions for our airport transit. The location is a convenient 10-minute walk to the train station, surrounded by various dining options and convenience stores. However, the room was smaller than expected, making it a bit challenging for our family. Despite this, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff made it a worthwhile experience.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially when the staff helped me sort out a shipping issue for my phone and kept my room spotless throughout my visit. There were great relaxation spots like the cozy lounge and peaceful garden area to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast could've used a bit more variety, but it didn't take away from my overall positive experience! 😊

I had a fantastic experience during my three-night stay! The room was small yet surprisingly clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the awesome view of the main street. The bathroom was very efficient, perfect for my needs, and I loved the convenient 24-hour convenience store nearby. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The location puts you right next to the train station, making travel around the city almost effortless. Rooms feature well-thought-out amenities, like individual climate controls and space-efficient designs that maximize comfort.
The bathrooms in this place are notably cramped. If you're a larger individual, you'll probably find it a bit tight, and the high bathtub edge can be a nuisance for anyone with mobility issues. Additionally, the single elevator can turn into a bottleneck during busy check-out times.

The hotel's location next to Iidabashi station made traveling around Tokyo super easy. Just a few stops to Akihabara and lots of dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions and luggage handling. However, the room felt cramped. Just enough space to open one suitcase at a time. Clean towels and robes arrived daily, which was nice despite not needing constant changes. One downside was the noise from the metro. Even though we were given a room far from the tracks, the noise was constant and disruptive. Also, light seeped through the blinds, making it hard to sleep in. Overall, it’s great for convenience, but noisy at times and not ideal for restful sleeping.
